1. The main direction of our activities is to provide organization of both fundamental and applied scientific researches by means of the available equipment. The field of our researches is modern technologies of nutrition for ecological animal breeding; they may be undertaken jointly with researchers working with other organizations.

2. Our goals and tasks are as follows:

2.1. To provide organization of up-to-date researches, as well as rendering services (training and retraining the appropriate staff of agricultural enterprises to process milk; retraining courses for practicing specialists - farmers and top managers of agricultural enterprises); rendering services for agricultural enterprises to assess the quality of their milk and the breeding worth of agricultural animals; practice-oriented programs for students of ASU’s Agrarian Department) by applying the available equipment, which is to be used collectively by all the interested parties;

2.2. To increase the equipment utilization intensity;

2.3. To render professional services in the field of nutrition biotechnology and safety and nutrition products, creation and development of innovative projects by applying the available equipment;

2.4. To participate in training specialists of top qualification (future Bachelors, Masters, and PhDs);

2.5. To implement our strategic development program.

3. The range of our research activities includes:

3.1. Researches of the food value, safety, and technological properties of milk of various sorts and breeds of agricultural animals, depending on the conditions of their keeping;

3.2. Development of methods to provide a selection assessment of agricultural animals in the respect of their milk productivity rates;

3.3. Development of probiotic cultured milk products from full cream milk of cows, mares, camels, and goats;

3.4. Development of a technology to blend various sorts of milks and milk phytoextract, in order to create new probiotic products;

3.5. Projecting cultured milk products of medicinal and prophylactic purpose;

3.6. Development of schemes of diet therapy and methodical recommendations to apply new probiotic products.
