Information for foreign citizens to enter the Russian Federation

In compliance with the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation No 639-r of March 16, 2021 students, postgraduates and attendees of the preliminary training departments are allowed to come back to Russia to continue their studies. The Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation has developed the respective rules of procedure.   
 

Only citizens of recommended countries are allowed to enter the Russian Federation.
