Rules of Admission to PhD Courses

• receipt of documents: from June 06 to July 27, 2022 – for places within admission quotas; from June 06 to September 23, 2022 – for places on the basis of fee-paying educational services contracts.
• entrance examinations: from August 01 to August 17, 2022 – for places within admission quotas; from September 01 to September 28, 2022 – for places on the basis of fee-paying educational services contracts.
• deadline for acceptance of enrollment consents – August 17, 2022 – for places within admission quotas; September 28 – for places on the basis of fee-paying educational services contracts.
• enrollment: for places within admission quotas – August 19, 2022 ; for places on the basis of fee-paying educational services contracts – not later than September 30, 2022.

Application for enrollment to PhD programs for academic and teaching staff training shall be submitted to the head of organization with the following documents:

а) an identification document (documents), and a document identifying an entrant’s citizenship;

b) an original or a copy of specialist’s degree or master’s degree diploma;

c) documents confirming an entrant’s individual achievements, the results of which are considered during admission process in accordance with the admission rules adopted by the university (to be submitted at the discretion of an entrant);

d) if special conditions in arranging entrance examinations are required, a document confirming that an entrant is a disabled person or a person with special needs;

e) for disabled people of groups I and II, lifelong disabled people, peopled disabled as a result of war injuries or illnesses contracted during active service – a certificate from the Federal Medical and Social Examination Service confirming the absence of contraindications for studying in the relevant educational organization;

f) two photos 3x4.

Entrants are entitled to submit documents confirming their individual achievements (front page of an issue and the first page of the published scientific papers in the chosen scientific field; documents confirming participation in grant programs and contract-based researches in the chosen scientific field; documents confirming an entrant’s intellectual property in the chosen scientific field, etc.), the results of which are considered during admission to PhD programs for academic and teaching staff.
