The General Unit develops regulating materials to execute various documents at the University; it provides execution of legal acts within the proper terms; it arranges and controls bookkeeping at various university divisions and develops the university nomenclature in accordance with official regulating documents.
Our main functions are as follows:
- Receipt, registration, and keeping of incoming documents;
- Delivery of documents to various divisions of the University;
- Registration and dispatch of outgoing documents;
- Control of execution of internal documents;
- Registration of the University Administration’s order and dispatch of their copies to various divisions of ASU.
