Unit of References & Bibliography
Our main functions are as follows:
- Reference bibliographical service by applying catalogues, card indices, electronic databases, and the Internet;
- Bibliographical references in the “request – answer” mode;
- Composition of bibliographical indices, thematic lists of literature, bulletins of new books, and electronic editions;
- Teaching students fundamentals of library culture;
- Arrangement of thematic exhibitions and open reviews of literature;
- Analytical abstracting of papers as a part of the MARS corporate project by Saratov State University;
- Provision of readers with summary catalogues, book and periodicals indices, and catalogues of new foreign editions in Russian libraries;
- Receipt of orders for electronic deliveries of books.
