Fields of Our Sociological Surveys
The Center of Sociological Survey is a research center operating at the Unit of Human Resources Development; its goal is to undertake researches in the sphere of Sociology and to obtain social information necessary for those who perform economic, political, cultural, or other activities.
Our Center specializes in development and execution of fundamental sociological surveys aimed to study the object social reality; it also provides a number of services for business and nonprofit organizations by developing and considering social projects undertaking marketing, political, and mass media researches and consultancy in the sphere of management.
Our staff includes PhDs in Sociology and postgraduate students who are experienced sociologists and specialists in the field of sociological surveys.
We have a large number of experienced interviewers and all the necessary technical equipment; we also arrange practical training for students who specialize in Sociology. Our Center executes a program to undertake practical sociological surveys and projects by our students – future sociologists.
Our staff’s research potential, professionalism, and strong desire to meet the set goals makes it possible for us to play the key role in the field of Sociology in Astrakhan Region.
