Now It’s Easier for Rural Prospective Students to Submit Documents to ASU
On July 21, Sberbank and Astrakhan State University launched a project on organization of the 2020 Admission Campaign. Now prospective students, living in rural municipal entities of our region, can get advice, submit their documents and pay the tuition fee in the same place.
Consultation offices of ASU will work throughout the month in five rural district offices of Sberbank. There applicants will be able to receive answers to their questions concerning admission to the university, submit their documents online through their personal accounts, scan them and apply for an education loan or pay the tuition fee without leaving their places of residence.
“We create consulting and document submission conditions that are comfortable for our applicants. Firstly, representative offices of the university have been opened in the Sberbank branches. Secondly, Sberbank staff members will provide consultation on taking out an education loan with state support, if necessary, and then — on applying for social tax deduction,” stressed Rector of Astrakhan State University Konstantin Markelov.
It should be recalled that it is possible to submit the documents for admission to Astrakhan State University both offline (by appointment) and through the applicant’s personal account or by e-mail.
