Project Goals:
- Contribution to modernization and internationalization of higher education in the field of ICT in Russia and Azerbaijan;
- Launch of a master interdisciplinary program of international level that would contribute to integration and interregional cooperation to sustain exchange of knowledge;
- Contribution to development of cooperation between universities and non-academic partners in the European Union, Russia, and Azerbaijan;
- Development of innovative capacities of Russian and Azerbaijani universities;
- Promotion of education; provision of employment opportunities for graduates of technical specializations at enterprises and organizations.
Tasks:
- Development of the syllabus of the master program “Mobile Applications and Game Design”;
- Creation of an international educational platform in the field of mobile applications;
- Development of innovative activities aiming to obtain hands-on skills in the field of software at universities that are our partners;
- Academic mobility of faculty staff – practical training at universities that are our partners to enhance professors’ professional skills and form new ones;
- Launch of research laboratories at Russian and Azerbaijani universities;
- Organization of a summer school jointly with our academic partners.

Master Programs Admission Procedure
