Project Goals:

  • Contribution to modernization and internationalization of higher education in the field of ICT in Russia and Azerbaijan;
  • Launch of a master interdisciplinary program of international level that would contribute to integration and interregional cooperation to sustain exchange of knowledge;
  • Contribution to development of cooperation between universities and non-academic partners in the European Union, Russia, and Azerbaijan;
  • Development of innovative capacities of Russian and Azerbaijani universities;
  • Promotion of education; provision of employment opportunities for graduates of technical specializations at enterprises and organizations.

Tasks:

  • Development of the syllabus of the master program “Mobile Applications and Game Design”;
  • Creation of an international educational platform in the field of mobile applications;
  • Development of innovative activities aiming to obtain hands-on skills in the field of software at universities that are our partners;
  • Academic mobility of faculty staff – practical training at universities that are our partners to enhance professors’ professional skills and form new ones;
  • Launch of research laboratories at Russian and Azerbaijani universities;
  • Organization of a summer school jointly with our academic partners.
