Picasp project
Picasp project has been initiated within Erasmus+ international program.
It aims to contribute to modernization and internationalization of education in Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan and Russia in compliance with the world trends.
The main objectives of the project are to develop a new system of methods and educational tools to introduce new pedagogical techniques, to efficiently combine theory and practice, to involve representatives of business in training process.
The project is unique and innovative due to the opportunity to acquire advanced approaches to professional activities in different spheres aimed at sustainable development of the Caspian region, as well as to application of the best world practices.
Picasp involves creation of consortia of institutions. Russian participants are Astrakhan State University and Volgograd State Technical University. Kazakhstan has joined the project with University of International Business (Almaty), Sh. Yesenov Caspian State University of Technologies and Engineering (Aktau), Azerbaijan is represented by Khazar University (Baku), Azerbaijan University of Tourism and Management (Baku), MIRAS Association (Baku).
European partners of Picasp project are University d’Annuzio in Chieti-Pescara (Italy), Vilnius Gediminas Technical University (Lithuania), University of Warsaw (Poland) and SERINAR company (Italy).
